Because in my heart, it's true that it's cheating. At least for me personally. I see it, as giving into weight-loss surgery as taking the shortcut, that's easy, fast, and gives you 100% certainty that you will lose, it doesn't matter if you eat pizza everyday and don't exercise, you're still going to lose weight regardless…
