I started losing hair about 3-4 months after doing the HCG diet. I had lost 20 pounds in 30 days. Planks are a good way to strengthen your whole core. You might enjoy something like "Hip Hop Abs" from Team Beach Body. I haven't tried it but I have seen the ads. I am currently doing "Turbo Fire" and I did "Insanity" in the past and they are both from the same company.

Coffee (beware of cream and sugar -- use skim milk and Splenda or Stevia/Truvia), herbal tea, unsweetened ice tea, Vitamin Water Zero . . . you could also have Crystal Light. If you have a juicer, you could make raw juices (apple, orange, grapefruit, etc.) and they would just count the same as fruit. I hope this helps!

It is a great way to detox your body. When your body loses fat, toxins that were trapped in the fat get released into the body. Gross, I know! But true! I try to get a massage or accupressure/reflexology at least once per month. I wish I could afford to go more often. Enjoy! :flowerforyou:

I just started last Monday. It is hard but I already love it! Just do your best to keep up until you learn the moves. You could also make "Lettuce wraps" using cabbage. Stuff the cabbage leaves with your favorite meat (You could use shredded chicken/fajita meat or taco meat, etc.)
