As many people have said previously. DON"T GIVE UP!!! Take things slowly, work at your own pace, introduce new things every other day or few days. Keep at it.

I think its a great way to cool down. I just heard of someone today doing that at the gym I use, for their pool.

I say eat a little each day and add to eat every few days. Eventually you will be eating your calories. Some days I feel like not eating but then I eat something like soup which is mostly liquid. It helps. Friend request on the way.

Love the dog food diet comment. I agree with the second poster. Just add a little at a time, in no time you will have a variety.
