I'm from the US, not planning on getting ripped and I don't have a massive chest so that shouldn't be figured in. I looked up what the BMI index said I should weight but it's a little too rough. According to that anywhere from 125 to 155 is good and I was hoping for something a bit more specific.

Bleeding to death / veins in general. Had a dream once where a slipped and fell and tore up my wrists and instead of just bleeding my veins slithered out of the wound and long story short I choked on my own veins. Couldn't rips them off of me 'cause then I'd die of blood loss. CRAZY DAYS.

Spread the calories out over the rest of the week. Like if the burger was 700, divide that up and put those calories on each day left this week. You can just eat a bit less to make up for it. I do that SO HARD for Chipotle burritos. Those things have a thousand calories in them. Wat.
