hi all, i should be doing day 9 tonight... am not decided yet if i'll do it, my cold is worse & have swollen glands in my armpit so common sense says to rest but I actually miss it :( hope everyone else if well ! xx

I plan doing 30 days of the dvd also, should be day 9 for me but am going to have a day off as have a stinking cold.. I reckon instead of doing it lacklustre i'd be better to try get more energy & get a more intense work-out tomorrow........ the first two or three days were worst for me but it does get easier ! am nervous…

Pesto ! argh just two tablespoons in huge pan of pasta for the whole family with half fat creme fraiche was a horrible amount of calories. Gah, was such an easy dish to prepare when working but will have to be scrapped ! I am all for logging in advance too, sometimes i log & get surprises - good and bad ! x

thanks guys, i was kinda surprised & puzzled as usually low sugar is a problem for me where i often get what i call the 'sugar shakes' & need to calm them before i get sweaty, shaky etc.. time will tell i guess...

hi, i'm on day 8 today.. not seeing any results in terms of weight yet although I read a lot of people put on weight before losing... I'm trying my best to eat within my calories & i think i'm at deficit. I also *think* I'm starting to feel a little more toned & I do feel bit more confident. Day 3 was amusing as my legs…

i'm on day 8 today, like some others I do it after kids are tucked up in bed! i've been really impatient and weirdly enjoying it so haven't taken a day off, but I have start of a cold today so may take a night off later...

hi all, i'm about to do Day 4 of level 1, weirdly i'm still enjoying it - although the day after doing day2 (i do it at night) was worst, my leggies were jelly & going downstairs as a challenge (as was lowering self onto the loo haha) i read somewhere to log it as 20 mins of circuit training so thats what i do... good plan…
