I swear everytime I go out to eat, there is always some crying baby or kid! My joke is the restaurant pipes it through the speakers to get peeps in and out! LOL! But I do have 2 kids and I don't take them to a nicer place, not because they scream, but just because it's nice to get away and enjoy the evening w/o kid…

I have been drinking them after my workout with unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze and add pineapple and strawberries with a packet of Stevia and little ice in a blender. I do like the shakes.

Im 5'6 want to be 125, only 5lbs to go and want to be tone and sculpted. Nice cut in the abs and in the arms.

I wore regular running shoes and made sure I ran/jogged in the packed sand. I don't like running in front of alot of people so I would go early in the morning before many people were out. Not only was it peaceful but I got lost in my surroundings and I didn't even notice that I was exercising. Have fun!

There is a reason why they're an ex, which others have already stated. Things won't be any different if you try again unfortunately, the same issues will resurface. But I think writing your thoughts down is always good, not sure I would give it to him.

It seems like I am always cold! I used to be the one complaining how hot I am, but now I find myself taking sweatshirts wherever I go even when its 90+ outside, just incase. The other thing is getting compliments. I love to hear them, just can't get use to it.

Not sure I can tell you anything different than what's already been said. I wouldn't give up going out with your friends. Just limit the drinks to maybe one and drink water. It's sad that alcohol has so many calories. Just be wise and either drink lower calorie drinks and limit your intake. If you start giving up things…

My sister is a personal trainer and she does it in her home, so she is not too expensive. Maybe see if there is one that works out of their home instead of going to a gym and using their personal trainer. Just a thought

Love donuts! But haven't eaten one in a long time! Thought I would miss it and don't. Tried to eat one not too long ago and it was just too much. Hardest part was getting over that hurdle of cravings in the beginning.

I tried WW a couple of years ago and think their point ranges are a little off, don't think its good for everyone. I wasn't successful. Calorie counting would be your best bet, imo. Eating more natural foods and less processed foods is always good. Your body can recongnize and process it better. Good luck

Ok girl, you need to get yourself around some more positive people! This girl that you call a friend is not sounding like much of a friend. You need to find you a good plan and stick to it. Look to this site for encouragement. Good luck to you :)
