well i made it up so i'll tell you what i did :) i heated up a pot on the stove with some sesame oil (just a lil cuz it's high cal) and some minced garlic and ginger. i added some chopped celery, onion and mushrooms with a lil cracked black pepper and cooked it well. i then added about 2cups of water overtop and threw in…

i find the best yogurt out there is Balkan style Astro. it's 2% but it fills you up, feels satisfying and has a decent amout of protein. there's little sugar as well. i'm always scared of all the additives and stange sweeteners in most yogurt.

yoga :) great workout and relieves tight muscles. i have a dvd at home ("yoga burn" by rodney yee) that does wonders

i think your body just needs some time to adjust to the change :) are you getting enough water? i space my meals out and have 2 or 3 snacks a day, trying to stay within my limits. i drink a lot of water and plain white, green and black teas. i also add ice and frozen fruit (lemons/limes) to my water so i want to drink it!…

mine is open (which you can do in your "Settings") and i make 90% of my meals from scratch and really try and be consistent and keep my energy levels up. i'd be happy to help you out :)

once i was really good and snuck in some flavoured water and a bunch of colourful fruit (cherries and berries). i heard the lightest indulgence you can buy from there are gummies. i would personally sneak in a small pack of gummies and a drink (have personally done this).

i love this!!! a lot of studies find that coffee can be really beneficial. it even protects the brain from impurities that can collect in the body!

- yogurt and a fruit - hummus and veggies and a few multigrain crackers - a handful of almonds - a small bowl of non-creamy soup - a few pieces of sushi

for sure! a lot of people turn a blind eye to that kind of stuff. "what i don't know won't hurt me" that's why it's so good to fill up on fresh produce that is low cal and high in all the good stuff ;)

actually, someone just showed me how to view/post food diaries :D

i like "exaggerating" almost instead of underestimating. that way if i go a little over at the end of the day i don't feel bad. it's better in my opinion then wondering what you chose not to count and how that may have added up afterall...

for sure. and it's always okay to indulge in moderation and to take that into account for your food plan for the day.

if you're not hungry and you plan to go to bed anyways then i say just sleep on it and work on having a delicious, healthy filling breakfast in the morning :) something balanced like some fruit and a yogurt.

i never thought about brushing my teeth to stop the cravings! kind of saying to your body, "no that's enough"! i heard mintyness is supposed to curb cravings... sometimes i will indulge in things made the "healthier way" as well. one of my tricks is sweet potato fries with hotsauce :) i use 1/2 a large potato.

you're welcome!! they're not too scary ;) haha you just need to clean them very well and i like to slice them into halves. some more faves of mine: asian inspired snow peas steamed with black sesame seeds, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and soya sauce the beet greens and stems panfried with garlic and olive oil personal fave:…

if you mean for what I prepared, I used fresh beets :) i also save the leaves to saute!!

I heard doc Oz say that you should add a glass of water for every glass of tea you drink! I think that has to do with the caffeine content dehydrating your body, even if it's green tea. Just a thought :)
