I second the above: The weight did not go on all at once, so it will not come off all at once.....Buy a piece of clothing you WANT to fit into, AND then put it where you an see it ALL the TIME!!! The MIRROR works wonders..... ALSO.....I drink LOTS of GREEN tea....
