I just worked out how to change my profile - you have to alter it afterwards. You do have to put a state in first and then it give other options. Silly me.

The only reason it says WA on my profile is because this site makes you enter a state, it was completely random and I didn't know how to take it off. I'm in the UK its always in grams over here. A lot of other countries express the amount in grams too. Don't expect that the way something is done in America is the same everywhere.

I usually have a yogurt and then either a banana or an apple or a couple of slices of toast (hovis nimble) and lots of tea of course.

Don't worry too much about having a pig out occasionally. I think mentally we still need to enjoy our food right?! The main thing is did you enjoy your holiday :drinker: Right now take a clean page and start your weight loss again. You can do it!

i understand your pain and frustration. I have IBS myself and my mum has crohns. I'm still getting to know what i can and can't eat but have worked out that cheese is a major no no. Hopefully you can work out some cheat foods that don't include something your body has an adverse reaction to. Hope that you feel well again.

ok 3 min boxing it is then. my sensor is above my tv but my tv is actually quite low so not sure if it makes a big difference. I like the boxing games when i really want to sweat using the wii i do the boxing on wii sports. its great.

How about the rhythm boxing (6min advanced) if you want to stick to aerobics or we could have a yoga or muscle building challenge such as do at least 15min each day that you exercise. I find i spend most of my time on aerobics section or doing balance games and need to spend more time on the other 2 sections. What do you…

I really don't get the ounces measurements :frown: 8 glasses/ cups is 2 litres right? 2 litres = 68 US fluid oz 2 litres = 71 UK fluid oz I'm gonna stick with drinking 2 litres of water. It just makes more sense. lol

well done for being in the 1 hundreds. sw - 180 lw - 169 cw - 168 (12 stone) so 1 lb lost this week, i was so hoping i would be under 12 stone this week :grumble: but a loss is a loss and the inches are going down :happy:

how long is advanced step? step plus is 5 min long maybe its the time thats the difference???

red footsteps - straight on off blue footsteps - step off to the side green footsteps - kick purple footsteps - stepping on sideways my highest for step basics with just red and blue footsteps was 350

My best score for step plus (hopefully the same as advanced step) was 593. Still not perfect everytime though.

Maybe its called different things in different countries. I'm in the UK. But your advanced step sounds like step plus - the one under step basics.

Are you eating enough calories or drinking enough water? When i don't eat enough, or add in snacks between meals, i feel a bit ill and irritable and its probably due to sugar levels raising and dipping.

bit confused - i can't find advanced step. :frown: in the aerobics section there is step basics and step plus and free step. Was it the step plus you mean? Or is there an advanced step that i haven't unlocked yet?

Hi just got a wii fit yesterday and have done 45mins yesterday and 45 mins today so far. am enjoying the aerobics especially the step ones. i'd love to join in with any challenges going.
