  • Don't think the wii fit plus comes out in the UK until Nov (might be wrong) so i'm gonna ask for it for christmas. Did the freestep today for 30 min got a personnal best of 3530 steps.
  • Isn't there a graph on one of the starting screens where your mii is. I think it comes up when you choose to do the body test or training. Thats how i check my progress for BMI and weight.

  • Ok I know I said I wasn't gonna weigh in this week but I couldn't resist getting on the scales this morning. SW - 180 LW - 157.0 CW - 155.6 Don't worry if its not on the spreadsheet cause I know that its probably complete by now. But I'm happy thats a 1.4lb loss.:happy: and i'm at my half way point!!
  • Been on this site fro 16 weeks now and my average works out as 1.44lbs per week. That actually makes me feel tons better, not quite the 2lbs a week I hoped but I'm getting there.
  • net calories is the tolal number of calories that you eat minus the calories that are burned off during exercise. hope that helps

  • I weighed myself again this morning with my new digital scale and although it told me 158.2 yesterday this morning i was 157.0. I'm so happy i thought i might have to have a gain so i could start using the new scale but it looks like my other one was fairly accurate after all.:laugh:

  • Definately chocolate. The problem is once you've had a bit you want more and i love dairy milk so not the best kind of chocolate to eat. Well i've gone from a very large bar a day or 3 normal sized bars down to a kids snack bar a day and i can even go a day or two without chocolate now.:happy:
  • I haven't used that DVD but at a guess i would put it under aerobics - either low impact or general. Just to make sure you don't overestimate how many calories have been burned.
