We may or may not have had a similar incident with sweet chili sauce. We had to individually pop off each key on the entire key board and clean them very well using various q-tips, paper towels, rubbing alcohol, etc. That stuff is really sticky and spreadout all over the keyboard. eta: q-tips work really well :)

I'm also doing the 100 pushup challenge. I'm on week 3 (again because day 2 was just too hard for my liking). I did 25 on my last fitness test! eta: I cant say I enjoy them per say, but I enjoy being able to do more and feeling stronger.

We have three. When I'm home on the weekends they get an hour jog/walk. During the week, about 30 minutes. They also get play time outside with a ball or frisbee. If we skip a day or two, its extremely obvious and good reminder of why they need the exercise!

You can scope it all out one serving (whether its a cup or whatever you want) at a time into another bowl and then dump it all back into the crock pot or leave it in a serving dish or something. I 2nd (or 3rd or whatever) slowing down your pace. I found if I tried to keep up with my husband, I can go..maybe a minute? But if I go at my own (very slow) pace, then I can jog for much much longer. Right now I'm trying to up my distance, speed comes later.
