I do the spinach w sliced strawberries and basalmic vinaigrette. I also use it in just a regular salad too.

I love all of the dancing games! Sometimes I will do a marathon and do 6 songs on Just Dance, 6 on Just Dance 2 and then 6 on the Michael Jackson game. I keep saying that I'm going to have a girls night and have everyone come over and have drinks and do the dance games, that would be so much fun!!

I've tried a lot of them and they all fall out of my ears too. I went back to my old ear phones, the old fashion kind, they are Sony and they are very light.

I second the wii fit and the dancing games as well, so much fun and you don't even realize that you are working out. I need to get the Zumba game!

Well, one of the ladies here at work stopped drinking diet drinks and she lost 6 lbs in a week! Her ankles were less swollen too. That goes to show that just because they are diet doesn't mean that they are good. There's alot of questionable stuff in them too.

try e-mealz.com. They give you a weekly meal plan based on your needs and a grocery list to go with it. You do have to pay for it though.

Regular, artificial sweetners scare me! I still drink sodas but not as much as I used to.

I always log it as dancing general and then put in how long you do it.

I'm right there w you, my birthday was in October and it seems that I celebrated all week and that's when I fell off and just could not get back on.

And don't worry about not being able to do it! As long as you can get your exercise in, then go for it!

I am still doing it every day! I missed last night. I got dance 2 and it doesn't have the setting where you can do 10 songs so I just count 10 songs. It seems more intense.

I think that when you are first starting out and you have quite a bit of weight to lose, that is not that hard to do but then once you lose some weight it might be harder to do. I have set similar goals for myself.

I do it too and then it's really hard for me to get focused again. I will be smooth sailing and then crash....I never know when it's coming but I am actually in fear of it. I know my pattern and I'm trying to change it.

Does anyone else feel like they gotta go just reading this thread??? LOL! I go a lot too. It drives me crazy and I hope once I really drink my water like I'm supposed to everyday, that it will get better.

I know, it's terrible! My MIL always tries to give my son "sugar free" stuff. I don't like him to have that stuff. Watch the headaches though because if you were drinking soda w caffeine you might have a caffeine headache too.

When I was doing Weight Watchers their rule was that it had to be caffeine free and sugar free and then it could count towards your water so that's what I've been sticking to.

I would agree about cutting out the shake. I don't think what you are getting out of it is worth all of those calories.

Just start friending people. If there's someone and I like what they have to say, or they have the same amount of weight to lose as me or they have a member of New Kids on the Block as one of their pictures LOL, l just add them. I don't really know any of the people that I am friends w on here, but we support one another.

I recommend Just Dance on the Wii! The dances are so fun, you don't even realize that you are excercising! I have been doing it for a few weeks and I LOVE IT! They are coming out w a new one tomorrow, Just Dance 2!

I have to say that I have been having a lot of problems w my right foot. I think that I was already having problems but it seems like it's gotten worse since doing Just Dance. I've been noticing that a lot of the dances are concentrated on the right side of the body. They could have incuded the nunchuks somehow maybe. Oh…
