Ugh! I hate that! I was looking at potatoes today and there are several different ones and they are all different calories. I wish sometimes that MFP had people list where their info came from.

She totally threw her weight and the proof was by how much weight she lost this week. She should have lost that much weight the first week. I think that it's sad that she wasted those first 2 weeks. I think that people forget that the bottom line is to lose the weight.

I just recently bought the Biggest Loser. It was on sale at Game Stop for $19.99. I have only done it once so far and it gives you a good workout. I love my Wii Fit Plus also.

Maybe freeze the water bottle and then just sip what has melted all day, that way you will be forced to only drink very little at a time.

Don't feel bad, I signed up and then never did anything until now. I'm motivated by the closet full of clothes that I can't wear right now. A friend of mine gave me a bunch of clothes and I will have a whole wardrobe when I get there.

Yes, they put whole grain on the package so that you will think that it's "healthy". Search online for better information on this. Whole grain doesn't always mean better. There are also places that change their menus too. For instance, the Guiltless Grilled Chicken at Chili's no longer has the corn on the cob w/ it. I've tried to change some of the values but couldn't figure out how to do that.

I agree too, my ticker doesn't move very much on here now. I also was letting the scale change my mood. When I get on the scale I say a number out loud, trying to guess what it will be (and I always say something higher than what I really think it's going to be). Then when it's lower, I get excited.

I allow myself one meal a week to have whatever I want. That way if there's something that I am really wanting, I know that I can have it during that time. I am the most successful losing weight when I use this idea.

It's good to know that it's actually more calories than it says instead of the other way around. I just know that I am moving more than I usually do.

I try not to get on the scale too much and just judge how my clothes feel. Easier said that done. Do you have a Wii in your house? There are lots of games that you can do instead of going to the gym. I like the smart food popcorn clusters in the honey flavor. It's like you are eating Crunch N Munch and they have 5 grams of fiber! I also like the 100 calorie twinkies and the 100 calorie hostess cupcakes(these have 5 grams of fiber also).

I have a lot of knee pain too. Mine is because of my weight and I am trying to get it off before I do too much damage. My knees hurt worse when I am going down stairs than going up stairs. I figure that the pain will subside when I am able to lose the weight.
