I'm finding the same difficulty with my 10 1/2 month old. Did you know MFP allows you to log breastfeeding under the food intake section. I learned that from one of the other ladies on this post. There is one for an older infant too. So just let MFP do your cal calculation based on daily activity then log your bf. I do the…

I agree on the sweet potato. I added half of a medium one to my baked chicken/fish and non starchy vegetable this week and it's made a huge difference!

Agreed!!! I think anyone participating in exercise would benefit from a HRM...now finding one for your needs is a whole different ball game lol. I have an FT4, recently purchased, and love it and it does everything I need it to...tracks cals, heart rate, time in zone, and a few other things that I prolly have not figured…

And thanks for your service to our country!!!!!!

What the heck does perfect hair look like? lol

LOL.

Wow, my metabolism must be slow as a turtle. I think I would gain weight on 2000 cals per day, but prolly when you average out my intake, I'm prolly eating about that due to cheat days. I should work on that.

Exactly!!! Im just glad to have plenty of milk for my baby girl where she is full and happy yet I've still lost 45 lbs and that's without much exercise d/t my knee/torn ACL. I think I will stop focusing on the scale for now and enjoy the remainder of my breast feeding experience and if I lose more weight than so be it.

Yes, I just notice if I eat more calories in general, basically have a cheat day, I have at least 2 oz. more milk...that's not a huge difference, but trust me, I count every last drop of that liquid gold lol. Then my mind starts churning thinking: eat more = make more milk = expend more calories = lose more weight??? haha.…

Hi, congratulations on your baby and I'm so happy you plan to BF. I have a 6 year old son that I BF for 1 year and I'm currently BF a baby girl that is 10.5 months old. I lost all of my baby weight with my son within the year (gained 60 lbs) and I have lost all but 2 lbs with my daughter (gained 47 lbs). However, I would…

LMBO...it's already happened before I even posted this! LOL. I may have to edit my friends list...haha

That's what I was thinking!!! I saw the price, and I was like "really?!"...I mean, if you compare it to other protein shakes with similar contents, it's overpriced. I've never been a shake drinker and never found one I liked...I'm just in a food rut, I guess you could say...thanks!

Thanks for the tip!

I would recommend day old hair. Spray with good hairspray first, all over, curl in smal sections and respray. Prolly best to do right before the pics.

I had a manual and it sucked. Walmart and other department stores like that usually have a basic electric option for around $200. I think the one I have was around that and I got it from WalMart and it works great.

I have not had any issues. Had mine put in about 6 weeks after having a baby in January of this year, have lost 45 lbs since then. Haven't noticed any changes in mood or anything like that either. I'm sure everyone is different, though.

You can add me too. I'm a mom of two. A 6 year old and a 9 month old. I have just been seriously using MFP for the past couple of months and had 47 lbs to lose. 2 more to go :). Good luck!

I plan to eat whatever I want. It's one day and I LOVE thanksgiving food, so I'm gonna enjoy it. So throw your rules out the window ;) lol

My husband is VERY attractive and weighs 205. Solid muscle, but still I disagree on the 200 pound rule :)

This woman is beautiful!!!! Period. She is curvy and seems confident.
