Hi all! I just joined the group. I have been walking with Leslie for years. I try to do a 5 mile dvd 3-4 times a week so I am going to aim for 80 miles in July.

Feel free to add me. I know when I have more people cheering me on, the better I do. I got back on track at the beginning of February and lost 8lbs. I like to exercise on the treadmill and I use Leslie sansone and jillian michaels dvds .

I thought strawberry was my favorite until I tried chocolate peanut butter. I make a shake with almond milk. I did not like cookies and cream at all.

Today was my 2nd day on level 1. I thought I was going to die yesterday. Today was a little bit easier. MY abs feel a little sore but I pulled through and finished strong. Just keep pushing. You can do it.

I just started using mfp a couple of weeks ago, but it has helped me stay on track with my food so much. I still struggle to fit in exercise with 3 kids and a husband, but I joined a June workout challenge today. I am hoping this will keep me motivated.
