  • Hope everyone had a good weekend! I wad away babysitting my niece and my phone broke so I wasn't able to post but got a new phone now. I'll update tonight
  • Things I've learned so far: 1. Working as a team definitely makes me work harder. 2. Working out more often and switching it up 3. Weighing in weekly rather than driving myself crazy doing it every day. Achieve by the end of the challenge: 1. Get better at keeping healthy habits on the weekends 2. Try 1 new recipe a week.

  • Ill try again because I don't think my original post counts. One of my favorite foods is strawberries because they are so fresh and juicy. Another way I could take out its nutritional value aside from just eating them straight is adding them different foods like salad. I also like making smoothies with them.

  • This is hard because I love soo many different foods tacos, pizza, burgers, chocolate, ice cream ugh all so good!   • Thanks all for some clarifications! I tried out the belly dancing and am so bad at it but at least I tried. I also ran the stairs at my apartment complex (20) and boy did that get me sweating! We only count going up correct? That's what I would assume! Keep up the good work all!

  • One of my favorites is an avocado egg salad. It's super simple and delicious! 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped. 1 avocado, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Mixed together! I like to make lettuce wraps with the egg salad in it or a sandwich.

  • I helped at work at an Irish culture event for elementary school students, and they were learning Irish step dancing, of course I joined in! Does this count as the Irish dance videos?! Haha

  • @hawkins410 don't get discouraged sometimes it just happens and can be water weight. Also remember if you've been working out your muscles they weigh too!
