I have Celiac Disease. And believe me, he will not starve! A lot of people that posted before me gave some good tips, but do be careful. Depending on his reaction to gluten, even the slightest contamination could set it off. My reaction is intestinal and a breakdown of my joints and muscles. And Celiac disease is much more…

I've managed to lose 40lbs in 6months drinking 3-4 cups a day. I only sweeten with stevia and don't add creamer. So really it's what you put in it that would effect the weight loss. Now, I do think that caffeine can effect other aspects such as blood pressure and the like, so if you are dealing with those issues, then I…

I've had this one and it's very tasty! I didn't make it, so I can't tell you from the cooking experience that it's easy or not, but my friend has made it a few times for me. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/crustless-spinach-quiche/detail.aspx

Oatmeal!!! 1/2 cup of oats (90cals) 1 cup water Microwave for 2-2.5 minutes And add fruit, cinnamon, sugar to it. I cut up a banana (4oz is 100cal), a tsp of cinnamon and splenda or stevia which is a great 250 cal breakfast.

You need to burn more calories then you take in which means to eat right and in your calorie goal and workout to get/stay healthy. But fat needs some kindling to get started burning off, so be sure you are eating your calories so that you don't lose muscle, bone or water. (that is what can be damaging to your health)

I went all the way down to a size 4 in college, but I looked so silly!! So my goal is to be a size 7/8. But to be honest, I didn't work on tightening my booty when I got down to a 4, so with that happening this time, I may not look crazy. I'll decide that when I get there. I"m still in 11/12s at the moment :)

You're probably right. My hip joint is really hurting too for some reason. Probably should just take a day. At least I know I have a buddy on the same day :)
-
Did week1 day 1 this morning. I'll to it again tomorrow to catch up to those who started yesterday. and then I'll take a day to let those muscles rest. It was harder than I thought it would be! I may need to find another route that doesn't have as many large hills. Those are the toughest to run.
-
I'll give it a go. Still need to catch up on my crunches from yesterday. I love crunches, life was just too go-go-go yesterday and I forgot about them :(
-
I'm in! I actually enjoy crunches. I know, i'm sick :P

Add me add me!! I've already done my jogging today, but I will try to get in day 1 tonight if I have the energy. Otherwise i'll start a day late, but I still want to do this! I was thinking that I needed to WHILE on my jog this morning and then saw this, and now i'm so bumped to dig in and run!!

I'm Celiac, and find that I don't eat many GF substitutes. I primarily just eat fresh fruits/veggies and meat. I do eat Udi's though!! love it! There are so many options being GF, you just have to know were to find them. It's difficult at first. I remember the first time i went to the grocery store after being diagnosed, i…

There is a difference in Celiac and a Gluten allergy as well. First off, Gluten is: Wheat, Barley and Rye. If for some reason you feel as though these foods are causing you issues, try an Elimination Diet (removing them ENTIRELY from your diet for three weeks) and then after that decide if you feel any different. If you…
