Here hard work and determination definitely shows and if that's who she wants to be, power to her. I personally think girls should be more soft...Haha, but that's just me :P I mean, definitely NOT as soft as I am, but have that hourglass softness to them. She's pretty though :)

What helps me is doing stretches before hand. One that I do is this http://howtostretch.com/sidestretches.html For 25-30 seconds on each side. I hope it helps you because it really helped me!

My boyfriend isn't not supportive but he's not exactly supportive, haha. You should try measuring, I've only lost 4 pounds in 5 weeks (ARGH!) but, I lost 5.5 " in my waist and 2" in my hips, which helps me stay encouraged since the weight isn't dropping, sometimes you're gaining muscle and that's why you're not losing.

Turkey and almonds are my big one- mostly almonds because I can take them with me wherever and they're a good snack and low on the GI :)
