Um, yes. I drink a full bottle of water before I go and refill before starting the workout so I have it handy. Sour patch kids as fuel, who knew? :tongue:

Sending a request! I'm 5'7" with a 6 year old boy and about a 100 pounds to lose. I had lost 20 but gained back some and here to fight it back off, plus some! Time to kick some butt in the gym again. :)

So many good movies on these lists. One I didn't see or might have skipped over is "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken." It's based on a true story of a girl during the depression and is sappy fabulousness.

Mine is usually a new dress or something similar when I hit my mini goals which are about 20# apart. The next mini goal is going to be interesting, though, because I'm going to have to buy new jeans and that's when I'll be hitting up the thrift store.

I'm a single mom of a 6 year old currently around 270 and have lost about 20 so far. My goal is to get to 190 (high school weight) but would ideally like to be around 160. Feel free to add me if you would like.
