Also, fasting is not going to help you at all. You HAVE to eat. When you start fasting, your metabolism slows down. Even when I'm over on my calorie limit, I still eat something for dinner, just to keep my metabolism going. Please do not fast. It's only going to mess up your system

I'm also the same way. It's so bad. I've researched lighter versions of junk food I crave. I love icecream, so I found "light" oreo milk shakes. I crave salt too, so I found a recipe for "veggie fries" that are like maybe, 60-80 calories per serving. Veggie fries in ranch dip made with yogurt...oh my, yum! Total calorie…

Did I just read that correctly? You're considering letting your elderly grandparents sleep outside, while you sleep inside of your house? :huh: If I were in this situation, I would lock the door to the play room, give my grandparents our room and we would sleep on the couches...or on the air mattress.

I count things. Idk if its a habit. It's weird and I know it. Count my steps. Count cars. Count people, etc. I use to do it all the time when I was a child. Weeeeirdoo :huh:

She beat me to it! Protein will keep you full. Also, plan your meals and snacks so you have something when you get hungry or cravings. In my daily meal plan, I sometimes plan to have a "skinny milkshake."
