This is probably a really stupid question, but: does it have the same amount of protein? I'm a fairly new Vegetarian ( Ethical reasons not weight loss) so dairy is one of my main sources of protein.

I got a digital one at Walmart for $25 dollars, its so worth it, I use it for my meals and snacks everyday!

Anything you like really: -Hummus -Sprouts -Cheese -Lettuce -Tomato -Veggie burger (cut in half or strips) -Bell peppers -mushrooms -Make an omelet with egg whites and whatever veggies you like and call it a breakfast burrito, just go easy on the sauces and cheese.

Angels on Bare Skin is amazing stuff, I like to use it in the Winter, my skin gets so dry, its also nice as a hand wash once in a while if you have dry cracking hands.
