I know its not good, but i don't tend to eat breakfast, It makes me feel ill, and if i do, i feel constantly hungry throughout the day, i've always believed that the whole breakfast things a myth anyways =)

Yeah what i do, i just eat less of it =) and i'm loosing weight... i figured that there where less calories in a bag of crisps than there was in a banana =P an i don't crave anything this way... i feel healthier =)
