Oh and really all I do is put like 3-5 tbsp of popcorn in the bag and fold it over a few times...then I just put it in like any other bag of microwave popcorn for 2.5 mins or so. Pretty easy really!

I totally know what you mean about being athletic but really struggling with running! And like others have said, don't minimize your success! That's a huge mental obstacle to overcome!!! And those can often be our biggest :/
