  • i'm calling yesterday my free day. completely lost the plot, as i am trying to quit caffeine. man, my hunger came at me with a vengeance! but back on track today and even came under. i am sitting here a bit hungry, but comfortable with it. have a nice time eating bbq, lioness! that's one of my favorite meals.

  • aw, thanks lioness. i was at 85 pounds, but fatty mcfatterson started creeping back into my life. i changed gyms and changed focus and ate too much. i've settled into my new gym and training regimen so now i am taking control of the food issues. things like this group will definitely help.

  • i really wish i had seen this group yesterday, because i went 300 cals over what i wanted, by eating something really stupid at the end of the day. great job not throwing up your hands and saying fuggit, applecheeks! may 2nd today, and i plan on staying within my goals.
