i know exactly how you feel! I would like to know the answer to this too, because I can't seem to eat all my calories either without going over carbs- thanks for asking this question!

I'm sorry girl, that really stinks. Are you able to speak witha nutritionist? They may be able to come up with a good meal plan for you so you get all your nutrients, but not the extra calories. I will talk to some people I know, and try to help you come up with a nutritious meal plan if you like.

You could try One A Day weight Smart Vitamins. I loved them, and they have a bit of caffiene in them to boost your energy level throughout the day.

Do you eat with them? I know when I take certain vitamins on an empty stomach, i feel so sick. Try eating with them and see if that helps.

Well, I hated the way the Mirena made me feel- and I didn't like the fact that it could hinder weight loss (like any BC), so I had it removed. UPDATE: I'm not pregnant! It turns out when I had the Mirena removed, it just messed up my cycle, and my hormones- but i'm back on track now.

Wow- Kudos on your 50 mile hike. Even though you might not be losing the weight you want, you should give yourself a little credit for being able to complete such a strenuous activity. How much water do you drink? I know when I up my daily water supply, I start to see some results- it's like the fat flushes out,lol.
