I have chondromalacia in both knees (knee caps are waaaay off track!) and recently started physical therapy. Using KT pro tape to tape them up before workouts & ice after has been a huuuge help! I've also been drinking Joint Juice & taking fish oil, not sure if that's actually doing anything or not though!

I love Captain and Diet Coke. Mount Gay Rum is even better, more vanilla-y... with one shot & diet they end up about 80 calories. Light beers... I love Light Coronas, only 99 cals each. Wine is also a good choice since it's pretty low cal compared to most mixed drinks.

We need more details. Have you given him a reason to monitor what you do? Do you have a track record of cheating or engaging in inappropriate behavior on or offline? If not, then I don't think his behavior makes sense. Either way, you need to talk to him about if it makes you uncomfortable.
