I have 3 (ages 1, 3, and 5). I gained about 45lbs with each (they were all 9+lbs). With a little effort, the weight really will come off. But it does take a LITTLE effort. ;) I'm probably slightly smaller now than I was before my first even. I've never been overweight, but I believe what helped me the most was getting back…

Right now, I am super happy with my whole body. It has carried three beautiful (and huge) babies and bounced right back afterwards. (But also, I really like my long legs, especially in high heels) :wink:
