I every morning about 15 min after I wake up right after I use the bathroom. I log once a week but I like to see what changes can happen !

I'm not sure but would love to know my tread mill tells me I'm going 2.5 and it feels like 5 or 7 mph.

Sorry you have to deal with that but at my job I work on a city bus and if you can believe it I get some smelly people on my bus what I do is I take my body spray on my finger and rub it on my upper lip and then that's what I smell ! I hope it helps !!! Lisa

I do the same thing. I would do it to my husband he would pick up something and I would be like you know that has 320 calories in it you can have like a sandwich for that many and not a nutter butter ! so now he is counting too ! lol

I am going to take a weekend all to myself no kids no husband just me and a hotel room I am going to sleep the whole time and so nothing ! lol

I would love to join I have to boys 2 and 10 and have about 70 lbs to lose !
