Low fat Italian - Fat free OR honey Dijon 1 tablespoon walden farms pancake syrup with Dijon, lemon juice, salt and pepper and evoo! boom!

VOLUME - low calorie and make them tasty my staples, rice cakes, egg whites, cottage cheese, zucchini, eggplant... etc... higher the protein, the longer you will remain full.

I cook egg whites and mash it up into egg salad, minus the yolk. add some salt and pepper, Dijon, low fat mayo, chives... so good.

Because "lifting" means many things to many people. Some people use lighter weights and aren't using maximum energy throughout their workouts and leave the gym without any potential for gains. To me lifting, means lifting, exhaustion, pushing yourself. Im glad you have read the book, its worked very well for me so far.

First off, If you are "lifting" 45 minutes 5 times a week plus yoga (nevermind everything else in between), you are not eating enough calories. Egg Substitute = 1 tbsp of flax seeds mixed with 4 tbsp boiled water. - mix and let it sit at room temp and BOOM, fake eggs - same texture and all, great for recipes if you're looking for an egg substitute, like I was when I was vegan (never again). Cheers

i have an obsession with peanut butter and honey on melbatoast. I consider melbatoast to be healthy along with the low fat peanut butter, and the honey is a good sub for sugar. it helps to fulfil my sweet cravings. in moderation of course yummm
