  • Same here... already doing squats but I'm a beginner and even 50 squats seems like a lot...
  • A small cup of coffee with sweetener, a whole wheat croissant and a peach juice. 293 kcals
  • Yes you can definitely count them... especially because they add up and give you a good amount of calories. But, on the other hand, if you feel hungry and want to eat something, you can always eat some fruits or veggies, and I don't think it's that bad if you exceed by eating something quite healthy. They're mostly water…
  • If you lost so much weight, you can do it again! Yes, you gained, but there's still some loss, and at least you now know what to do to succeed. I would try to relax and understand the reasons that led you to gain those weight back, because, trust me, this doesn't happen to anybody, so you can do it :) mainteinance isn't…
  • I never thought I really had collarbones down there to be honest (no not really) but they actually showed up just recently, when I got under 70 kgs I guess? They're not very prominent but considering most of my body fat is on my thighs and bum I don't really look very overweight on my upper body... my cousin weighs…
  • I wouldn't personally do that. If it rains, if it's cold and windy and you sweat you are much more sensible to the temperature, and you could actually get a cold (it happens even if you get soaked while walking, obviously). Plus it might be hard to run on such a wet ground. Don't you have any other chance to workout?
  • I don't like tomatoes skin, if cooked, so I put them away (especially in soups or sauces). While uncooked, though, I can eat fresh whole tomatoes. If the skin isn't smooth and it starts ripping off I don't like it anymore... I always cut my onions with gloves on because I once cut it and didn't get rid of the smell for 2+…
  • Sorry but... how do you post the pictures? Mines aren't showing...
  • Aw :( yes you might need more help I guess! But at least you're being honest about your problem. This is already a great achievement. Try to focus on your health, you've done so much and accomplished your goals! Maybe you just need someone to help you to relax and find a good way to cope with your new body.
  • My self esteem got incredibly lower because I know I've lost a lot of weight but I know I'm nowhere near being thin yet.
  • I think it's enough either, but depeding on which is your idea of pizza. I think a big pizza at the restaurant might have 800-1000 kcals depending on the topping, but I see americans have very thick pizzas.
  • Almost a whole cinder block... well that wasn't doing any good on my stomach anyway.
  • Maybe you just expected to lose weight on different spots. Or maybe you just focus on the spots in which you still want to lose. Don't worry, pictures never really make us justice.
  • It's actually slightly harder than this, or, to say it better, more subtle. I wouldn't have opened a thread seeking for some kind of reassurance, but still, when you have an eating disorder, healthy habits and bad habits oscillates on the same scales, especially if you're still recovering. It gets so complicate that you're…
  • That was exactly my mindset either... I knew when I was going to "allow" myself to binge. When I got into that shops I thought that everyone was judging me for buying all the food. I thought they could knew it all. And the cashier kept asking me if I wanted something else and I was like "damn are you trying to be helpful…
  • You are cute, and you would still be cute even if you were heavier, actually. No one's "cute enough" for food, food is not there to make you pretty. I happened to understand this way too late, but in the end that's true. When you have an eating disorder you would pretty much do anything to feel better, and you come that…
  • The day before a exam I was scared of I went to 2 different shops and bought several fried and baked goods, mostly pastry I think... once back home I ate them all (adding other foods I had home). I really felt so ashamed that day. To be honest I've had so many I can't even recall. I don't think I've ever had an enormous…
  • Your lifestyle can still be healthy if you have some free days. That's what even non-dieting people do, you know? They keep themselves "on track" on most days but feel free to eat more on holidays and stuff like that. You don't need a break from a healthy mindset, just from the whole "diet" thing I guess...
  • Sometimes you just feel tired of exercising and avoiding junk food, or at least this happens to me.
  • I really think you need more time to see better results! If you've done this for 2 years you already know it takes a lot of patience. None of us really gets the results we would have expected at the beginning. I'm sure that your gain was just temporary, especially considering that you previously said that this hasn't been…
  • This is almost what I wanted to achieve when I started my weightloss journey. Yes, your curves will be slightly reduced (I mean, even boobs) but at the same time, curves are not just fat masses. They're there because that's how you're shaped. So, weight loss will mostly happen when you have most fat accumulated, but it's…
  • When I was a little child I used to get sick all the time, so I had to stay at home doing nothing. I once decided to learn the name of each one of the 50 States of America, with their capitals, and I still remember most of them. That was incredibly funny!
  • I've got a Polar but I'm not quite sure whether to trust the burned calories for each kind of exercise I make...
  • Winter makes me seriously hungry, like, the kind of hunger I feel is completely different from the one I feel during summer or spring. I'm pretty sure that the low temperature requires you to eat more carbs and fatty foods. Last year I started off with my diet in May, and I gained a couple of kgs during November and…
  • I started off at 183 either... :O
  • 1. Don't **** things up! You don't need that **** in your life. 2. Hold on because your time will definitely come. 3. In a few years being a sociopath it's going to be cool so don't feel ashamed of being socially inibithed. 4. Just because someone come from your family it doesn't mean they're not goint to hurt you. And it…
  • When I look at the other people I feel happy for them but I still feel so far from their goals :( Anyway you couldn't know it but yours is one of the bodies I was actually talking about! such a great job :D
  • Most of you have the exact shape and fit I'd love to have. Don't know if this is motivating or saddening D:
  • This hasn't been scientifically proved but I'm collecting evidences that the lighting in front of everyone's bathroom mirror improves their image once pictured of a relevant amount. Just think about it. Do you feel that pretty while looking at any other mirror? Have you seen someone not so good looking looking finally good…
  • Narcissism, lack of patience, rudeness, making fun of people too much (even if they don't want to hurt)
