  • This is the best I managed to do. I hate my legs so I have no pictures accurately showing them; they're big. But since we need to decide solely basing on pictures, I've got no evidence apart from what's in the pictures. Which doesn't seem accurate :/ I think I look like 8 (thick) or 17 (pear) both with a bit more boobs.…
  • Bulking means adding new muscle mass to your pre-existent mass, so yes, you need to gain weight if you want to gain muscle (since muscle tissue has its own weight). If you want to build muscle AND lose fat you can do bulk/cut cycles.
  • 165 cms, around 65 kgs, eating 1600 net calories. I should mantain on 1800 or so.
  • I started off with stationary bike and walks too. I wasn't severely overweight but I had no resistence. You could also try some low impact workout videos on youtube :)
  • When I started off with 30 days Shred I felt like I was going to die after 7 mins, literally. I couldn't breath or push myself any harder, I couldn't force my legs to move any more even though I wanted to, I wasn't even thinking clearly enough to incite myself to go on! That was hard to swallow since I wasn't overweight…
  • You should have answered to both your cousins and your sister when they made you feel so bad. Sorry, that's the only advice I can think of, it's just not fair. Also I think you've got a lovely figure, I'm similar to you in weight and height and also suffered from bulimia - so I can relate.
  • I don't see why you should want to lose more weight (apart from still being controlled by your disordered mindset, which in all honesty I think it's your case...) edit: also, why is your daily goal set to 1100 kcals? you didn't even log more than a few hundreds on calories worth of food during the last few days. edit2: AND…
  • RNA is a single helix
  • Since you're asking our opinion on the title I will have to tell I don't like her figure that much, at least that's not the kind of figure I'd like to get or that I admire. But I do admire the fact that she's probably healthy to look like that.
  • To me, it seems like it's your ribcage that's starting to show edit: or do you mean the single line just over your bum? :embarassed:
  • I think we can do almost anything as human beings, and even if I wasn't sure about that, I now know I can. Reaching a reasonable goal - for how hard it might seem - is totally possible. I gave up on my dream of reaching my "ideal" body anyway, which is totally unrealistic since I would basically need to become someone else.
  • Mine has always been 50% carbs, 20% protein, 30% fats I tried to increase my protein intake to 25% but it didn't last long, so I recently got back to 20%. I don't know my BF% and my lean mass either, but this works for me. I usually can live on less fats but I can't say no to my carbs.
  • Well, I'd definitely feel full on 800 kcals... for a single meal, of course
  • A) What equipment do you use? This is everything I own (not using it all right now): stationary bike, stepper, pilates ball, jumping rope, 2 dumbbells (5 lbs each) B) Do you use any dvds, insanity, 30 day challenges etc? I am currently doing 30 days shred C) How heavy do you lift if you use weights... ie what kg? I haven't…
  • I'm 2,5% smaller than I thought... Lol, nope, not really. The model isn't totally disproportionate as I am :D
  • I usually don't like them if they're too big/showing, but then, almost anyone has a few noticeable veins.
  • I usually lose 1 cm every 2 kgs, but that's just totally me. It totally depends on your body composition. The only way to figure it out would be losing weight steadily for a long period of time and then looking at your stats, that's why I came out with mine.
  • Even though your weightloss might have not been triggered by a mental disorder, we don't exactly know how did you lose so much weight yet. If you happened to lose enough weight to become "very underweight" (as I think you said in another topic), that might mean that your behaviour towards food hasn't been the most healthy,…
  • 1800 kcals since I am completely sedentary (if I exercise I log my burned calories, but if I don't exercise, I don't even leave my room) LOL are we twins or something...?
  • I'm not saying it's impossible, because I manage to reach my protein intake sometimes, but it's not easy. It needs a lot of planning. I have greek yogurt as a snack on most days too, and yep, that's 15 gr of protein. I don't like cottage cheese, but I used to eat it every now and then; I'd rather eat mozzarella cheese…
  • I'm a vegetarian, I eat dairy but no fish or meat at all. I recently tried to increase my protein intake from 20% to 25% but I've not been very successful - I'll need to be careful about it! Anyway, I recently managed to reach my protein intake for several days in a row; I'm eating 1500 net kcals so 20% basically means I…
  • Well, as somebody else already said, you might have lost it homogenously so that it isn't that noticeable; you should also consider that you might have lost a relevant amount of water weight at the beginning. It would be hard for me to recognize someone as smaller without seeing them wearing at least 1 size less in…
  • I am one of those people who have not been blessed with the ability of visiting the toilet very often. I once went for a run in the park the day after taking laxatives since I was very clogged up - I had to walk 5 mins to reach the park, and as soon as I started running, my bowel started to move. I had to get back home…
  • I'm 5'5, I'm around 141 lbs right now, I'd like to get to 132. I hold most of my fat on my bottom, but I like to look slightly chubby so my goal isn't going to be that low. My measurements are like 38-28-38 and I'd like to at least get my waist to 27 inches and shrink my legs as much as possible... but I'll honestly take…
  • Honestly I used to have the exact same problem while I was living with my flatmate. She was a dear friend of mine and we both were overweight. We liked to eat and we used to have less control over what we were eating while we were together. The only thing that worked for me was speaking for myself: I started by telling and…
  • "At least I'm improving"
  • Well, there is a difference between ethical veganism and dietary veganism. When you happen to talk to vegetarian or vegan people, it's easy to know if they're doing that because of ethical reasons or just because it's their diet. It's not so uncommon to follow a vegan eating plan nowadays, so if you're interested in that,…
