I was only able to get each workout in once because of getting sick. Still not feeling great today, but going to get back at it.

Those lateral raises with situps.. she wants us to use heavy weights?? I cant manage anything more than 3 pounds.

That's just the fast break (week 1). I was entirely too cranky so I managed 3 days with both workouts before dropping to one.

What about doing 1 more week with 1&2 and then move on to week 3?
