Does it have to have a reason ??? Its not like ur deleting ur best friend or anything .....As long as ur not rude to anyone, i fail to see whats the big deal , but i avoid talking with my neighbours or some bloke down the street so....

hey 5 pounds is great for that amount of time... Your gain could be cos of those reasons above, could also be cos of Menstrual Cycle

Could be that ur depression or lack of energy has nothing to do with lack of B12, or omega 3 or any vitamin for that matter.... But i thought that could be usefull if try or someone with the same troubles Myself i can notice a bit difference when i take suplements in energy, i dont take everyday its mostly a just in case…

Thanks everyone ! 4myhealth i should loose more or less 55 lbs, but for now im focusing in loosing 22 , dont even want to think about going all the way to that value so im not overwelmed. I still am not sure whats best for me, i eat 1200when i dont exercise and plus the calories burned....for some reason its not working…

I dont make sacrifices, if i really want to eat something i do . Theres no point in stop eating something that i will now that i will eat after i loose weight. But i dont eat like a blindless cow which ive down most of my life.
