Hey welcome to mfp! I'm terrible with evening snacking, so I've just made it that we have no snacks in and that way I can't eat them! Hey I'm 5'6/5'7 and my CW is 136. Hoping to get down to 126, but I'm more wanting to just look better in my clothes and have more muscle, as I currently have barely any and it's just fat :( Hope you're all doing ok, and feel free to add me if you want! x
