I finished week 2 today starting week 3 tomorrow. JUst for trying really hard at cardio 1 today I had to stop halfway through the use my inhaler. Lol.

Also, does anyone have good suggestions on modifying the jumping moves? I've got a prolapsed bladder, so jumping is not really a good option for me. Thanks! Nicole
