  • Also to ad... Unless you're going hardcore weight lifting ... I wouldn't worry to much about this (getting high doses of protein). I guess perhaps I'm still thinking more like a "guy" and what I currently try to follow.
  • I know that for guys it's recommended to take in 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per lean lbs. of body weight for the entire day. For women however it's a bit less (at least per what's around online) "female strength athletes may need .7 to .8 g per pound of body weight." Read more:…
