eat two to three apples all at once. Just put sliced apples (2-3 apples) in a bowl and make sure he eats them. Apples are a natural diuretic. I do this... after a couple hours i am regular again. I try to eat an apple a day. I eat gala because it tastes better than the chalky red delicious.

protein is good for muscle... so do some weightlifting to build muscle. Muscle eats fat and raises the metabolism. When pregnant woman eat protein, I noticed that they don't have morning sickness as bad.

I have candidas that's why i fast.... I also take a lot of crazy herbal pills that i got from a shaklee herbalist. fasting helps those herbs really react. but you're right! lot's of water... I am a water machine.... 10-12 glasses a day. whoot.

I never go over with protein... I very rarely eat meat... I usually eat peanut butter! high in fat though... have to be careful with that.
