I do a lot of similar stuff, such as logging meals before I eat them. I wouldn't say that we're obsessed, just trying our hardest to make sure this becomes a lifestyle, not just a crash diet. I say keep up the good work!

I would say yes, be blunt, yet gentle. But don't do it on their wall, send them a message and ask what is going on and why they think they are making many poor choices. I feel the same way sometimes. I have started buying lower calorie treats for when I know I WANT an extra snack. I also only have an extra treat when I know I'm well under for my daily calories. As far as feeling like you won't know who you are...I have the same problem, but then I think about how much better I feel…

Someone told me to think of wine like grape juice. I drink Riesling and the average glass (5-6 oz.) is anywhere from 140-180 calories. Have fun!

Good luck! It can seem a bit annoying at first when tons of food options pop up for something simple like "red grapes", but just be patient and have fun!
