I have the older Polar F4 and I love it!

At the time we lived in Missouri and Arkansas. 1st baby- I was 19 2nd baby- I was 21 3rd baby- I was 23 I am now 37 and my 1 st baby is graduating high school this year :o( I am glad I had mine all young. I had more stamina then than I do now.

Just updated. I totally forgot :o( I had to relook at my goal and since I have gained weight I just readjusted. I will make my little goal for Dec. 1 :o)

I put on music and mute her, but yes love her dvd's especially when rainy out.

WOW! just wow.

I was behind a woman in Kmart who needed medicine and pillows for her baby and realized she didn't have enough money for them so I paid for them and had my daughters run it out to her in the parking lot. This isn't for humans, but I'm a foster mommy for a local animal rescue.

I can honestly say I have two teenage daughters and never ever ever have they wanted to dress up in provocative outfits. I guess I got lucky. And besides their father would flip a lid if they tried to dress provocative LOL.

I own the older Polar f4 and absolutely love it!! Easy to use. I think the new PolarFT4 is easy to use too. I am debating on upgrading to one cause I have to ship mine out for battery changes and with the FT4 you can do it yourself. As far as techy mine isn't I just push a button to start and push it again when I'm done.…
