the goal is to lose weight while not losing muscle. My cycling goal is basically not much. i mean i just like cycling. Its a good sweat and strengthens my legs. right now i am following the IIFYM method and at 2188 . 161 protein, 204 carbs and 76 fat.

just make sure you are ready for the lifestyle change and not being a quick fix. you can gain the weight right back after coming off of it.

its all cool. i think havanaolala just hates gluten free peeps. hahaha. seriously its all good. for me, Anxiety is rough as i was able to turn it off and enjoy life. Then it resurfaced ten fold and it was hard to remove again. Trust me, its not simple to turn on and off. my original question was only out of curiosity.

at least you all are aware of your leggings sometimes... i mean at my gym, some girls wear extra transperant pants and have their hair done... its pretty obvious what they are doing...

i like working out in the morning as it just lifts you for the day but it just sucks having to wake up early for it. i would like working out at night but am afraid i will be so wired it will be hard to sleep

dont worry about it. Since this i purchased it and it really is worth every penny. so far i have taken 23 rides and have beat my personal record on output twice.

i thought the same thing too until i decided that my health was more important. There is a payment plan for it and it isnt bad. Since i got the back i have used it 24 times. Its well worth it. Friend me if you have any questions

all true but i dont plan on outdoor cycling at all. Im looking for an alternative for cardio and spinning is helping. I have done it at my gym and love it. Looking for the easier to get to option at home
