thats the problem i have now. Im on citalophram and im beginning to think its the reason for my weight gain. Nothing i do can stop the gain.

Ok so some more info. All is in grams because that was the easiest option on my weight scale so that I can follow the nutrition info of the food I buy. I scan anything with a bar and I eat exactly what is weighed. According to iifym, I should be eating that amount of food for my body type and goal. As for the diary that…

yeah... thats the only reason why i was weary of doing the scale measurements as i didnt think i would see much if i was strength training

also, will i see weight loss even though im still lifting? just wondering since most say muscle weighs more than fat. Will that be an issue or not?

i will start monitoring via scale. I wasnt because i wanted to see if inches were coming off instead of scale. guess i was looking at it wrong

ok because thats what i was wondering. While i feel strong and feel like im getting stronger, im not seeing the definition results so im thinking im not burning the fat. thats pretty much why i asked the question and apologize i didnt add this to the beginning

im on citalophram 20 mg. I have gained weight since. I have made the decision to begin coming off of it this fall.

ok thanks peeps. it was months ago that i was hardcore checking my weight. I was also lifting weights as well. No change to my waist size. I almost think i should lose the weight and get to my goal before i workout with weights. Almost to give myself no excuses. whats your opinion?

yep. im about to decrease them until i go back to the gym. im in a walking boot currently. I gained weight ever since i took the pill. Crazy thing though, i got a physical and checked everything. All looks fine. How the f am i gaining weight? im not overeating because i checked everything to the T and still i gained weight.
