Also, there is this BCAA drink he told me to buy. Its called Intra MD+. He swears its a meal replacement but many have said it isnt. he said the amino acids are protein already and should be enough for a meal but no one agrees with him. Its not a meal replacement right?

he brought it up. I mean I came with the reasoning of maybe the pills are doing the weight gain for me. So he said "i want you to lose weight but my main goal is to help you off the pills". so i said, sounds good. I mean if that means not being on the pills and doing everything naturally, why not right?

not his idea to get off but work towards getting off the meds. As in the work we are putting in would work me off the meds. when i contacted him, i wanted to get abs so i came for that first. But what came out was that but more the goal to get me off the meds. Someone before mentioned lexapro. i might look into this.

trust me i thought of it but i just cant go cold turkey. I do want to come off the pill but eventually. im not ready yet to do so but thats for other reasons. im on citlopram(the generic version) and its helped me immensely with anxiety but i gained 20 lbs from it. it sucks. and now i want to lose the weight but its appearing as a lost cause. im in the same boat. I gained 20 lbs and now hired a trainer that is a nutrionist as well. After 3 weeks, i only lost 3 lbs but im gonna quit it. Paleo diet is just not for me.
