Yay! Having something in your house like that makes it so much easier- I know if I had a treadmill here (I'll have a whole gym when I go back to school in the fall!) I'd be on it every day for the sole fact that I don't actually have to leave the house!

There are these 100 calorie "snack packs" with apples and caramel that are awesome as snacks. I'm sure they do the same thing with vegetables and ranch.

Strawberries. It's only a light allergy though... my throat gets scratchy and puffy. They were my favorite fruit so I still sneak one or two every once in a while. :P

My family noticed it at around 10 lbs. I'm short and really fat though so even small weight changes come with noticeable results. Unfortunately this holds true when you put on a few pounds too! ^^ I'm 5'3" too!

I like them scrambled and still a bit wet/"squishy". I might sprinkle them with a bit of cheese and use them as toppings on vegetable crackers.

I have mine set to 1 lb a week. The first week I lost 5 lb! The second week I lost 3. Now that my body is done responding to diet/lifestyle changes, I'm slowly losing weight at a healthy rate- about a pound a week.

I take some medication that doesn't mesh well with alcohol so I certainly try to. I'm now reduced to girly drinks. Not only do I like my glasses, but putting contacts in is a bother. I had some disposable ones I used for Rugby and the way they corrected vision as opposed to how glasses does it made me very dizzy and my eyes tended to burn for a while. I loooove Taco Bell's volcano burrito. It's terrible for you but I still can't help having one every once in a while- I'll log it, of course, but still. :P Also extra sharp cheddar cheese. I used to eat a whole block in like, a night. Now I'm more reserved with it. :)
