Wow, super job! You look amazing! I have to ask though (and this is applicable for anyone who has done 100lb+ of weight loss), was excess skin a bother for you? I'm becoming increasingly paranoid at the idea of it even though I'm pretty young.

Natural curly- I've got ringlets. :) I'm cutting it short though- my hair is incredibly thick and curly and it feels like a brillo pad on my neck. Not to mention, Florida summers plus long thick hair equals "ew". I'm getting a "diva cut" later this month to tailor it specifically to my curls and to my face.

I'm 5'3" and my goal is anywhere between 130 and 150. I have a stout, stocky scottish build thanks to my dad so I'm fine with whatever looks good on it, knowing that it might take a bit more to fill out. (I look 20 lbs lighter than I really am thanks to said build, though! lol)

DON'T! Learn to lose weight by eating normally. Once you get off of the stupid shake diet you'll just gain weight once you start eating normally. I'm playing through Diablo III right now and I'm playing a bunch of other stuff on the side. :) One of my favorite series is the Deus Ex series. The new one was amazing. I also like a few things that are more casual (mainly on the DS). Picross, Professor Layton and the like.

I've started doing the same thing... but, you know, once you learn what a healthy portion looks like you won't have to actually break out the scales and measuring cups anymore. At that point you won't be thinking about how many calories, all you'll be thinking about is how healthy that portion is.

I am too... I'm not eating enough. I find it hard to because I'm not as hungry as I thought I was. I used to eat for the sake of eating and now that I'm watching what I'm eating (and when I'm eating it), I'm just... not hungry. I'm sure that'll change once I start exercising more, though.
