im currently eating around 1700 which is a 970 deficiate...and exercise we mostly walk maybe an hour most days and do some sit ups squats and crunches

HELLOOOOOOO!! I'm 23 & 5'7 Starting Weight was 283 Current Weight is 259 Mini Goal Weight is out of 250's by July! Goal Weight... isn't set I know at least 180 :)

my husband used to eat before he smoked. swore it stopped the munchies... idk try it

I know how much I'm eating I just know that I should be eating less I guess. like I can't eat the whole bowl of salad I suppose lol
