I'm 6ft & my SW was 220lbs. I was eating around 1800 calories then (the goal MFP set for me). I didn't eat clean all the time, I never have done, lol. I just make meals fit into my calorie allowance, whether it's a fruit salad or a McDonald's! I lost weight fairly quickly at first.. I was down 20lbs in less than 2 months.…
