I lost my first 12kg or so doing nothing but walking and eating healthy. I then introduced Zumba, yoga and gym, only to add a bit of toning in because I'm worried about skin. Walking is fantastic :)

Ohhhh my gosh this all looks unbelivebly amazing.

I'm the same! I am NOT a morning person and can't stand food before 10/11am. I get a morning tea break at work and will usually have a peice of fruit and then I'm fine until lunch. I don't stress about it, I'm losing weight fine and eating all of my calories. :)

This sounds amazing!!

It's probably just that you aren't used to it. I had very bad blisters for around a month when I first started walking, on the bottom of my feet and on my heels. IT SUCKS. It does help to have a couple of days off in a row here and there. And I agree about the socks!

I'd definitely be blaming your TOM. I try to avoid the scales for that entire week because even thought I KNOW why it will be more it's so discouraging. I bet it will be gone and more on top if you weigh yourself in another few days! :)

Good luck! You can definitely do it!! :):)

When I found out my work was getting compulsory uniforms as of next year. They are not flattering to say the least.

I've gone over by that amount several times and it hasnt affected me at all in the long run. I've been losing weight consistently. You can't always avoid it, it's just life. Don't stress!

I much prefer 3mm, I always felt like I was going to fall over on thicker mats. :)

Hi everyone! :) I've been using MFP on my phone for quite a while to track my calories but have only just discovered the message boards and groups. I'm 25 and living in Townsville, down 24kg and I'm about halfway. Would LOVE some friends to share motivation and support! :)
