For what? Running, cycling weight lifting? For Running and cycling buy a Heart Rate monitor, they are more accurate, not 100% accurate, more like 80% accurate for most of the people who use them. to be more accurate you need one that is designed for the sport you use it for.

This is the truth

I'd say no, don't count it, unless you raise your heart rate, you're not really putting that much effort into it, Try changing your setting to lightly active, and don't eat back your calories. See if that help you

Don't do this, egg whites have no vitamins, and the yoke is a great and natural source of vitamins A D E K. Eat whole eggs much better for you than anything you add to them. plus egg whites have 8 times as much sodium as yokes

It’s really really simple, your grandmother didn’t go to the gym, she didn’t do zumba, and she didn’t buy weights or a tread mill, or feel the need to sweat like a pig to burn calories. She probably ate twice what you do, and was skinny and hard as nails. She cleaned and washed and looked after a house all day every day.…

Monthly to start with, then weekly or when you can be bothered.

I deduct my BMR basic "in a coma calories" from all my totals. Burn 300 calories in 30 minutes, and I log 300 minus (1200/24=50 /2=25 ) so I'd log 275

I used to log as I go, but Found that I was eating and then realising that I was on the high side of calories. so now I log as I get to work, so I can see if I've got the balance right, if not I might move part of my afternoon snack and have it with my lunchtime salad, or eat less breakfast if I have leftovers for lunch.…

If you are able to spend time watching people at the gym for long enough to notice that they are not working hard enough and catalogue their lack in such detail. You are one of them; you’re clearly not working hard enough to justify your own attendance of the same gym. I go to the gym and focus and leave when I’m done,…

If your day is “so bad” that is can be changed and inspired by someone's mindless posting of a platitude on an Internet forum, you’ve nothing to worry about you’ll soon be replaced by a robot.
