:noway: Some people are actually need water on them, especially beginners like myself and you can get a armband to put your phone in. I use mine for C25K and music. I also put it on mute to not be distracted by phone calls and text messages.

I was literally using an over the shoulder handbag and used it messenger style backwards until my last run where I go my backpack styled bag out but I'm either going to buy a form of belt or a proper backpack when I can afford it. :)

Thanks love. That's right. I wasn't asking for support (but damn did I get some). My question was what they do in my situation and how many calories should I consume for the next few days and that was all I was looking for. :)

This is your answer. Do something that will make you feel great! Truth is you will probably be hurting for a while and that's okay. Just don't ruin your body because of it, okay? Some people end up gaining all their weight from depression. Good luck! :)

I'm more defending the fact I ate 2,629 calories worth of pork. I'm not even obsessing over the fact I ate it, by the way. :P

Never thought about that but hey, theres an idea! :P I know that and I am. I originally logged my pork to see how much protein it had I believe and I was like "at least I smashed my protein today" or something like that.

Go to the iOS or Google Play Store and type C25K and/or Zombies, Run 5K. It's basically interval training with walking/running. With C25K it tells you when to cool up, run, walk and cool down. It also tells you when you are starting, half way and ended. :)

I didn't have 1KG of pork crackling. I had 1.06KG of pork crackling AND meat - the pork crackling was on top of the meat. :)

Pork crackling has to be more than 200 calories. Considering I ate half the pork crackling too.

Thanks! I wasn't planning to log today but I wanted to see how much protein was in the pork I believe and then I was surprised with the calories and logged everything! I thought I only went over by a little but man oh man was I wrong!

If it helps my father (who cooked it) told me it was 1.6KG raw. I ate 1/3 of that hence I had 1.06kg of it and that's how I figured how much I ate.

So I logged my pork as Pork - Fresh, loin, whole, cooked, roasted. I'd appreciate it if someone could find the same type of thing but in raw to see if it differs. I had the crackling on it. :)

I simple meant get an app that trains you do to 5K first - for instance I use C25K. I also have Zombies, Run 5K (haven't used it yet).
