Burpees! & any routine that require going from a laying down position to a standing up position fast, gives me a head rush.

Joining everyone else in saying: "I've got 400 lb people that can do jumping jacks, so can you!" - kills me every time!

I agree that if a person needs two seats then they should pay for two seats but I don't think passengers should be weighed like cargo; you can lose weight but you can't lose height & I'm not paying extra for being tall, it's bad enough having to suffer the crappy leg room.

I wouldn't say it that exact way but something along those lines, it bugs me to no end when people ask 'how's the diet going?' or 'what diet are you on?' to me a diet is a fad, something done over a short period of time for fast results.

Why tell them? Children will eventually find out for themselves, the magic is in the imagination. I have three siblings, (14, 12 & 6) aside from the youngest we all figured it out at various ages but kept it a secret so as not to spoil the fun. I've known there's no Santa for over a decade yet after helping my mum with…

On the flip side, my friend Lauren has lost a substantial amount of weight on WW & loves it, you can read her blog here: http://alittlelessoflauren.blogspot.co.uk/

I've tried WW twice, old & new plan, as well as Slimming World several times. In my experience they're a waste of money. The WW plan is more realistic to carry on long term as it's the basic principle of eating healthy, exercise & portion control. The meetings and accountability are good for those who have little weight to…

30 Day Shred, it's easy to follow, quick & effective. I find dance based ones hard to follow as I have no rhythm!

I count intentional exercise as the gym, swimming, exercise videos, fitness classes etc. I only log walking if I've gone on a walk or if I've chosen to walk over getting the bus.

I've always been 'big' or bigger than my peers but as a teenager the combination of finding the internet, being able to feed myself & sleep at ridiculous hours resulted in insane binge eating. I'm the definition of emotional eater, I over eat for every emotion.

My legs (the bottom half of them at least) & my slowly emerging collar bones!
